We ship using Aramex to ensure reliable nationwide delivery.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions apply.
- From time to time, we may offer free nationwide shipping on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS where available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect information is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged:

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
